*Description*
- This role will be solely supporting one of the largest customers of the client, handling up to 40 outbound calls daily pertaining to gaining access to key fobs and walking employees of the customer through troubleshooting. They will then update the internal system with any pertinent information. - They will work within Excel to document information pertaining to the client. Experience with pivot tables and V-Lookups is a plus. - Administrative ad-hoc functions related to the key fobs. *Pay and Benefits* The pay range for this position is $23.00 - $23.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
