*Job Description:*
We are looking for an individual who will create a positive first impression and establish strong member relationships while assisting members and potential members with their telephone requests in a very fast paced environment. * Answering inbound calls in a courteous and friendly way regarding online mobile banking, deposits, withdrawals, transfers, balances, fraudulent charges, travel alerts, and more. * Will be answering 75-125 calls a day. * Working through multiples screens and up to 4 programs at a time *Preferred Skills & Qualifications:* * 1+ years of call center experience or similar industry related experience * Proficient on computers ( over 40 WPM). * Bilingual in Spanish and English *Hours* * Monday - Friday Shifts Between 8am-6pm * 2 Saturdays / Month - 9am-12pm *Pay and Benefits* The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $20.00/hr. *Workplace Type* This is a fully onsite position in Appleton,WI. *Application Deadline* This position is anticipated to close on May 28, 2025.
