RMF Production Operator / 1st Shift

Danfoss in Newbern, Tennessee is looking for an RMF Production Operator (line loader, batch off and compounder).

This is a 1st Shift position.

Responsibilities for this position include, but are not limited to, the following.

• Maintain a safe work environment and use proper safety devices as provided.Abide by and actively promote all facility safety guidelines and quality procedures.
• Must be able to lift 25 to 30 pounds.Must be able to stand for long periods.
• Ensure all material available for next run per the production schedule prior to starting set-up of machine.
• Load material onto machine per spec sheets and standard operating instructions.
• Run machines per spec sheet and operating instructions, completing required quality checks, operating and quality paperwork, travelers, etc. as required.
• Aid in development and continuous improvement of Standardized Work documentation on an on-going basis.
