What you will do: The Program Manager in Clinical Informatics, provides leadership to achieve unit, departmental, and institutional objectives within a rapidly changing environment. Applies advanced knowledge of clinical practice, unit operations, clinical informatics, research, quality and safety, and professional development to bridge clinical practice and information technology (IT), enhance quality and safety, and build staff competence in IT. Promotes innovation and excellence in clinical, service, and team performance. They develop policy and procedures related to clinical support and nursing work within the Epic electronic health record (EHR). This leader assures that Epic curriculum for operational, clinical support staff (RNs and CMAs), and providers reflects optimized team-based practice and optimizes efficiency. They represent ambulatory nursing practice as a Clinical Specialist and Business Owner within the Epic project team, and act as Nursing Leader chair the Clinical Integration Committee. Salary Range: Minimum 44.61/hour - Maximum 73.66/hour. Compensation will be commensurate with equity and experience for roles of similar scope and responsibility. In cases where the range is displayed as a $0 amount, salary discussions will occur during candidate screening calls, before any subsequent compensation discussion is held between the candidate and any hiring authority.
