Description
Performs complex and advanced architecture work in design, evaluation, planning, testing and operation in support of system development, engineering analysis and research. Leads in the integration of processes and methodologies to ensure the performance of the total system. Works directly with senior technical personnel, program managers, and external organizations in the planning, oversight, execution, and evaluation of multiple complex technical solutions related to a program's system and technical product development. Applies intensive and diversified knowledge of scientific principles and practices in broad areas across one or more technical disciplines. Maintains a liaison role for technical matters with staff and customers and acts independently on technical issues within his/her field of expertise. Will support the ATO and accreditation processes. Location: NCR (Washington, D.C, Chantilly, VA and Vienna, VA). Clearance: Active TS/SCI Experience required: * 10+ years of experience: * Experience with programming and software development * Experience with systems design and cloud architecture * Experience with cloud computing, networking, and security * Experience architecting software solutions based on customer requirements * Experience designing and implementing automated build and deployment pipelines and supporting platform * Experience leading teams in technical design and implementation * Experience troubleshooting, diagnosing, and fixing technical, functional, and performance issues * Engineering, configuring, and administering specific technology product or technical solutions including Windows, Linux, VM Ware; AWS, Google, or Azure cloud * Experience supporting large enterprise applications * Experience automating the provisioning of application environments * Experience leading teams in technical design and implementation * Experience troubleshooting, diagnosing, and fixing technical, functional, and performance issues * Experience providing platforms for large enterprise applications which are used 10s of thousands of users while maintaining 24/7 availability Education: Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or other related analytical, scientific, or technical discipline Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or other related analytical, scientific, or technical discipline along with relevant filed certifications.
