Cole Engineering Services (CESI), a By Light company, is recognized as a premier provider of modeling and simulation (M&S) training solutions to the Federal Government and industry. Since 2004, CESI has been at the forefront of developing, maintaining, and integrating simulation-based training, serious gaming, technical services, training and other support in live, virtual, constructive, and gaming (LVCG) domains. We are hiring a Chief Systems Engineer to oversee system engineering efforts for OPIR mission capabilities and facility infrastructure under the BOSS contract. This role leads technical planning, systems integration, and capability delivery across secure enclaves supporting U.S. Space Force R&D and operations.

Define system-level technical requirements and integration roadmaps.
• Conduct engineering trade studies and evaluate emerging technologies.
• Oversee system integration for tenants and mission partners at BGIF.
• Coordinate with stakeholders to optimize infrastructure, AI/ML, and data fusion solutions.

• Master's degree in engineering, Science, or IT-related discipline.
• 10+ years of systems engineering experience, including 5+ years in DoD/national security mission environments.
• Strong knowledge of system-of-systems engineering, test, and integration processes.

• Active TS/SCI clearance
