Responsibilities include planning and coordinating postdoctoral programming (e.g., organizing events), managing resources, providing outreach and follow-up communication, establishing metrics for tracking program outcomes, supporting an assessment process for the postdoctoral program, and regularly connecting with the postdoc community.
