Description
Our opening for Operations Coordinator is to support Operations Department both in the office and at show site in the performance of key administrative activities with primary focus on Electrical Services. The Operations Coordinator position for the Electrical Service Department assists in the pre-planning of electrical needs on shows with exhibitors and reaching our goal of 87% of electrical information on every show, so that we can execute the services on-site and install as much power required for the show prior to the exhibitor's arrival. Once on-site the team can work any of the three positions at each show, service desk, and dispatch desk and data entry coordinator. After each show the coordinator is also involved with helping exhibitors who need help clarifying their electrical billing. Responsibilities:
