Position Overview

Pantheon Data is seeking a dedicated Senior Workforce Requirements Analyst to support the Coast Guard's central authority for all workforce requirement determinations. The ideal candidate will serve as a senior subject matter expert in workforce requirements analysis, leading complex, multi-organizational efforts to evaluate and define staffing needs in alignment with strategic objectives. This role involves providing analytical guidance, compliance reviews, and program support while contributing to the development of performance work statements and workforce planning solutions. The analyst will collaborate closely with project teams and clients, offering leadership, expertise, and clear communication to drive successful outcomes.

Responsibilities



  • Demonstrate knowledge and extensive experience in development of solutions across complex tasks in multiple organizations.
  • Lead the team analysis, compliance reviews for documents and forms, and all other relevant tasks necessary to support client performance work statement development and/or evaluation.
  • Apply specialty knowledge of best practices methods and may provide support for project team.
  • Provide subject matter knowledge to project team members and client contacts.
  • Provide program management support based on deep knowledge of specialty standards.
  • Assist in defining project objectives and strategic direction.
  • Provide leadership and vision to client and project teams and serves as a key facilitator between multiple teams to achieve objectives of complex efforts.
  • Demonstrate outstanding interpersonal and communication skills.


Required Skills and Experience



  • Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Human Resources Management, or similar.
  • Active Secret Clearance
  • Minimum 4 years of experience providing guidance on workforce requirements analysis or similar analytics.
  • Ability to work effectively remotely in cross-functional teams.
  • Ability to meet deadlines and produce quality work.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Suite software including Outlook, Word, Excel, SharePoint, and PowerPoint.


Clearance Requirements

U.S. Citizenship with the ability to obtain and maintain a DoD Secret clearance.

Work Location: Hybrid - Washington, DC

Compensation

The salary range for this position is $70,000 - $90,000. This is not, however, a guarantee of compensation or salary. Rather, salary will be set based on experience, geographic location and possibly contractual requirements and could fall outside of this range.
