Overview: The SVP, Partners and Alliances will define and execute strategies to expand and establish partnership opportunities that drive revenue streams while creating a connected and retentive ecosystem. The value driven ecosystem is centered on connecting providers, payers, patients, and partners to improve care delivery and unlock new value across the healthcare landscape. We are seeking a visionary and results-driven Senior Vice President to collaborate cross-functionally with executive leadership while leading a team centered on partner acquisition and expansion, connectivity, and solution integration design. This leader will play a critical role in shaping how we integrate with external partners, systems, and platforms, including EHRs, payers, third-party vendors, and emerging digital health solutions. As the leader of a cross-functional team, this individual will need to exemplify strong business acumen and ability in managing key performance indicators (KPIs) that span financial models and profitability, solution workflow and design, client satisfaction, and technical integration standards. The leader will have a successful track record as a recognized Alliances and Partner leader that will drive thought leadership and a partner-focused mindset throughout the organization and develop and grow strategic relationships with external partners. The actual base pay offered may vary depending on multiple factors including, but not limited to, job-related knowledge/skills, experience, business needs, geographical location, and internal equity.
