Overview

We are looking for a strategic and driven Talent Acquisition Partner - Drivers to lead recruitment efforts for our driver workforce across the United States. This role is critical in ensuring we attract, engage, and hire top-tier commercial and non-commercial drivers to support our growing logistics and transportation operations.

As a key member of the Talent Acquisition team, you'll serve as a trusted advisor to operational leadership and hiring managers-developing innovative sourcing strategies, managing full-cycle recruitment, and delivering a best-in-class candidate experience.



Responsibilities

    Recruitment Strategy & Execution
    Own the full-cycle recruitment process for driver positions (CDL and non-CDL),. Develop and execute strategic plans to meet aggressive hiring targets and support business growth.
  • Sourcing & Talent Pipelining
    Identify, attract, and engage passive and active candidates using a mix of sourcing channels, including job boards, social media, community partnerships, CDL schools, and referral programs.
  • Partnership & Advisory
    Act as a consultative partner to hiring managers and regional operations leaders, offering data-informed insights on labor market trends, hiring challenges, and talent availability.
  • Candidate Experience
    Champion an exceptional candidate experience, ensuring every applicant feels informed, respected, and aligned with our core values throughout the hiring process.
  • Compliance & Documentation
    Ensure all hiring activities adhere to DOT regulations, EEO guidelines, and internal compliance standards. Maintain accurate records in our Applicant Tracking System (iCIMS and Tenstreet).
  • Metrics & Continuous Improvement
    Track recruiting metrics (time-to-fill, pipeline conversion rates, source performance) to continuously improve processes and outcomes. Recommend process enhancements based on data insights.
  • Performs other duties as assigned

  • The wage range for this position is $65,000.00-$100,000.00 and may vary based on geography as well as relative knowledge, skills, abilities, and experience



Qualifications

Education Qualifications

  • High School or GED Required
  • Bachelor's Degree in related field Preferred

Experience Qualifications

  • 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, ideally in transportation, logistics, or high-volume environments.
  • Proven success hiring CDL and/or non-CDL drivers across multiple markets.
  • 1+ years Experience recruiting in the freight forwarding industry Preferred
  • 1+ years Experience with iCIMS and TenStreet ATS Preferred

Skills and Abilities

  • Familiarity with DOT regulations, background screening standards, and driver qualification requirements.
  • Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (e.g., iCIMS, Tenstreet) and sourcing platforms (e.g., Indeed, LinkedIn).
  • Strong relationship-building, communication, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to adapt quickly, prioritize effectively, and operate independently in a fast-paced setting.
  • Ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities
  • Proven track record of delivering high quality candidates.
  • Strong communication skills to build relationships with hiring managers
  • Experience recruiting for both drivers and warehouse/logistics roles.
  • Knowledge of regional labor market dynamics and transportation workforce trends.
  • Ability to create standardized recruiting processes at all points in the candidate lifecycle
  • Strong knowledge with job boards and social recruiting via Facebook, LinkedIn and other social platforms
  • Experience with multiple ATS systems
  • Bilingual (Spanish/English) preferred.

Licenses and Certifications

  • Certified Internet Recruiter (CIR)-AIRS Preferred
