Ski perks (vary based on employment status) may include Deer Valley season pass, free skiing or riding at other Alterra Resorts and select local Utah resorts Friends and family ski discounts, free staff ski lessons and discounted rentals (winter staff only) Subsidized meals at Employee Dining Rooms offered for staff while on shift Subsidized housing options available for seasonal full-time staff Discounts for staff members at restaurants, shops, and service providers in Park City Healthcare options are available for staff members 401k plan with company match PURPOSE OF POSITION: A Deer Valley Club Guest Service Agent's main objective is to ensure guest, owner, and employee satisfaction at the front desk by fulfilling the Deer Valley Difference. RESPONSIBILITIES: Answer the phones in a professional manner and transfer calls as appropriate Schedule guest activities, create itineraries, and assist with guest and owner requests Assist with carrying guest luggage, firewood, and packages Create and distribute updated schedules of recreational activities, local events, restaurant hours, etc. Proactively solve guest, owner, and employee problems with urgency, respect, and empathy Other duties as assigned QUALIFICATIONS: Must be at least 21 years of age Able to lift and carry up to 50 lbs. Possess a valid Utah driver's license to operate company and owner vehicles in various weather conditions Able to work early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays Computer literate Able to multitask and prioritize DATES OF EMPLOYMENT: Summer 2025 PAY RATE: Pay: $20.00 per hour Deer Valley Resort is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
