Scope:

This is a customer facing position. Under limited supervision, coordinate the scheduling of source inspection with 3rd party or customer direct personal. Coordination will be completed through use of e-mail or internet portals. Facilitate or provide answers to source inspector questions while on site. Understand accept reject criteria.

Communicate with Sales and Production on source request confirmations or product status. Be able to communicate with QE and Zone Managers on inspection concerns. Track and deliver accepted product to shipping.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Customer facing position
  • Coordinate source inspection
  • Complete weekly source inspection report
  • Maintain source schedule calendar, and source log
  • Maintain HTSI database for PO funds
  • Ability to pull prints, POs verify revisions and most current PO
  • Ability to use micrometers, pin gauges, calipers
  • Scan source packages into network
  • Maintain clean work environment
  • Track and delivery jobs upon completion to source
  • Communicate with Engineer and Quality Engineers

Education and Experience:

  • High school diploma or equivalent with 5 years qualifying experience. Associates degree a plus.
  • Solid knowledge of Microsoft Office, statistical techniques training. Experience creating graphs, charts, tables required. Experience with managing training tracking/database systems desired.
  • Ability to pass eye exam with minimum 20/20 vision that may be corrected via eyeglasses or contact lenses as required. Eye exam is required annually.
  • Ability to accurately and effectively present information for management review.
  • Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions.
  • Good demonstrated customer service skills, presentation skills, facilitation skills, interpersonal and human relations skills. Strong attention to detail.
  • Must be able to handle a fast paced environment, changing priorities and high volume of workload.
  • Ability to lift safely up to 40lbs; stand/sit for long periods of time.
  • Due to ITAR requirements, applicants must be a U.S. Citizen or a Permanent Resident.
  • Regular attendance is an essential job function for this position.
  • Accomplish all job related paperwork in the most accurate, timely and ethical manner.
  • Communicate regularly to supervisors/managers any safety hazards and issues, suggests procedural changes, maintains a clean, safe work environment.
  • Properly handle and dispose all waste, including hazardous wastes that are generated in daily operations as directed by the EHS department.
  • Responsible to report all accidents, near misses, unsafe acts and unsafe conditions. Perform job duties utilizing the required and appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE). Full participation in safety training and the ability to understand and follow directions identified in the Job Safety Analysis (JSA), PPE Assessments, Material Safety Data Sheets (MSDS) and all Safety Procedures and Alerts.

Compensation for roles at TTM Technologies varies depending on a wide array of factors including but not limited to the specific office location, role, skill set and level of experience. As required by local law, TTM provides a reasonable range of compensation for roles that my be hired in New York, California and Colorado. For California-based roles, compensation ranges are based upon specific physical locations.

Must comply with TTM Export Control Policies and Procedures and all applicable laws including ITAR, EAR and OFAC including but not limited to: a) being able to identify ITAR product on the manufacturing floor and understand that access to these products and related technical data is restricted to only US Citizens and US Permanent Residents; b) recognition ofForeign Person visitors by badge differentiation; c) understand and follow authorization procedures for bringing foreign visitors into facilities (VAL); d) understand the Export and ITAR requirements for shipments leaving the US; e) manage vendor approvals for ITAR manufacturing and services.
