The Staff Development Instructor II provides administrative support in the design, delivery, and implementation of orientation, education and training programs in alignment with the organization's training and development strategy. Working under general supervision, this role collaborates with subject matter experts to develop and deliver training to all departments of the organization. This role seeks advice and guidance from senior management to address challenging circumstances and problems that require a deeper understanding.


Delivers, coordinates, and administers training initiatives and activities to enhance the knowledge, skills, and performance of employees, students, and community members.
Maintains proper documentation on training efforts, including individuals enrolled, data on courses offered, and other relevant information for reporting purposes.
Collaborates with the professional development team and upper management to implement system-wide training programs within the organization's internal system.
Tracks key metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and identify gaps for improvement.
Provides assistance and support for technical or educational issues and inquiries, ensuring that any concerns are handled and escalated properly.
Performs other duties as assigned.

EDUCATION:
Required: High School Diploma or equivalent
Preferred: Associate's Degree

EXPERIENCE:
Required: 3 years of related experience
