The Role: The Training Specialist is responsible for the coordination and administration of training programs, ensuring efficient logistics, effective communication, and a high-quality experience for both internal and external customers. This role supports daily operations of the training center, facilitates scheduling and resource planning, and plays a key role in maintaining training documentation and vendor relationships. The Key Working Relationships: Internal Customers: Sales, Field Application Specialists, Field Engineers External Customers: QuidelOrtho Customers The Work Environment: This position is primarily office-based. You will spend a significant portion of your time at a desk, utilizing a computer and phone to communicate with colleagues and clients. The role involves light physical activity, including lifting and moving objects weighing up to 20 pounds, and walking around the office to collaborate with team members. Salary Transparency The salary range for this position takes into account a wide range of factors including education, experience, knowledge, skills, geography, and abilities of the candidate, in addition to internal equity and alignment with market data. At QuidelOrtho, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. The salary range for this position is $68,000.00 - $116,000.00 annually. QuidelOrtho offers a comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, vision, life, and disability insurance, along with a 401(k) plan, employee assistance program, Employee Stock Purchase Plan, paid time off (including sick time), and paid Holidays.
