The Customer Service & Quality Assurance Officer is responsible for ensuring the accuracy, completeness, and compliance of new account onboarding processes across the Bank. The role reviews client files, required documentation, and data entry within the account opening platform to verify adherence to internal policies, regulatory requirements (such as KYC/AML), and quality standards.

Candidates for this role must have strong communication skills, be enthusiastic, technologically savvy, able to recognize small errors by having high attention to detail. Willing to exceed our internal white glove experience. They must adopt and live our core principles and display actions reflecting "One Team" principles daily while maintaining all KYC and documentation standards required by bank policies.

Position Responsibilities



  • Conduct quality control of client's new accounts' documentation to ensure it conforms to the bank's policies and procedures.
  • Always maintain the confidentiality of the Bank and its
  • Utilize the current bank technology and encourage Banking Teams to adopt the new technology offered.
  • Responsible for reviewing and compiling daily work with comprehensive referencing of documents which must be acceptable for review by examiners to current BSA
  • Verify the completeness of required new account Bank Forms and ensure all signatures are captured.
  • Recommends changes and upgrades of internal quality assurance procedures based on research and findings during account reviews.
  • Follow-up with the banking teams via emails, meetings and phone calls to obtain the missing information and incomplete documentation.
  • Must remain current in all bank policies and applicable
  • Special projects as required.


Required Qualifications:



  • College Degree or equivalent banking experience and/or
  • Ability to interact effectively and tactfully with all Bank personnel from other departments both in person, over the telephone and email.
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, and Microsoft Edge
  • Excellent oral and written communication
  • Must be an organized, independent, and detail-minded individual
  • Highly detail-oriented
  • Knowledge of KYC/BSA/Anti-money laundering
  • Must be an independent thinker who can exercise discretion in performance of duties and who has ability to make decisions independently.


Desired



  • Previous experience using Vikar systems and
  • Prior experience with Silverlake and Xperience systems using Jack Henry & Associates
  • Previous experience with creating custom designed reports to satisfy business

Salary: $65,000 - $80,000, plus incentives
