This is a Hybrid position that includes working 3-days per week in our Owatonna facility and remote 2-days. Ideal candidates will live within a 50-mile radius of our Owatonna facility. Wenger Corporation is seeking a Lead Demand Generation Specialist to join our team! As a Lead Demand Generation Specialist, you will contribute to Wenger Corporation's strategy to provide an exceptional customer experience by driving qualified leads through integrated marketing campaigns. This role will focus on optimizing SEO performance, managing CRM and marketing automation integrations, and running high-impact email and social media campaigns; working closely with the marketing, sales, and digital teams to create a seamless lead-to-revenue journey.
This job might be for you if you have:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Music Education, or a related field.
- 4+ years of experience in demand generation, digital marketing, or marketing operations.
- Strong understanding of CRM systems and marketing automation tools (HubSpot, Marketo, Salesforce, etc.).
- Demonstrated success managing SEO, email marketing, and paid/organic social media campaigns.
- Analytical mindset with experience in campaign tracking, A/B testing, and performance optimization.
- Comfortable working cross-functionally in a fast-paced environment.
It'd be great if you also have:
- Experience in working with a B2B company, preferably in a music education or similar market.
- Familiarity with tools like Google Analytics, HubSpot, WordPress, Salesforce or similar platforms.
- Creative, results-oriented mindset with a focus on meeting sales and marketing goals.
What you will do on a typical day:
- Plan and execute demand generation campaigns across digital channels including email, paid and organic social media, and web.
- Work closely with Content Manager and Marketing Team Members to create lead generation campaigns.
- Provide agency management for CRM and Lead Generation analytics
- Manage marketing automation tools (CRM: e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) to support campaign execution and lead scoring.
- Build and manage lead nurture workflows and email campaign calendars.
- Track, analyze, and report on campaign KPIs and pipeline impact.
- Work directly with Communications Coordinator and IT Analysts for B2B CRM Analytics.
- Work closely with Content Manager and Social Media Contractor to plan lead generation social and digital campaigns.
- Collaborate with content and design teams to develop campaign assets.
- Work closely with Communications Coordinator, Content Manager and Sr Marketing Manager on NPD launch efforts.
- Continuously test and refine tactics to improve conversion rates and ROI.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest marketing trends, tools, and technologies. Apply industry best practices to ensure content strategies remain fresh and effective.
- Work closely with Sales and IT Analysts to assess the potential of leaders and funnel through CRM system.
- Lead Management: Organize, track and report on lead activity for all Marketing Campaigns
- Work with Sales and Marketing Leaders to align on lead generation strategies.
- Data Analysis: Ability to track, analyze and report on lead generation performance and work with Content Manager, Sr Marketing Manager and Communication Coordinator on marketing campaigns to drive leads.
