ISO New England's Human Resources department is looking for a dynamic and skilled HR Manager to join its collaborative and dedicated team. By developing impactful working relationships and leveraging business know-how, the HR Manager will lead a small team and provide strategic council in the areas of change management, talent management, employee development, organizational design and effectiveness, workforce planning, and employee relations to their assigned client base. In addition, this position will support the design, development, and communication of HR initiatives that advance a positive and productive workplace. What we offer you:

How You Will Make an Impact
- Partner with the HR leadership team to design and implement a human resource strategy aligned with our mission, vision, and values.
- Serve as both an HR leader and HRBP for a specific segment of the workforce.
- Design, develop, launch and refine HR initiatives and projects that enable the attraction, engagement, development and retention of talent.
- Use organizational development and change management frameworks to successfully plan, implement, and solidify departmental and organizational change.
- Foster a diverse, inclusive and engaging work environment that enables employees to have meaningful impact through the achievement of individual, team and organizational strategies and objectives.
- Leverage business acumen and partnerships to provide feedback, coaching, and resources to managers and employees to ensure maximum productivity.
- Use metrics, best practices, and data analytics to analyze trends and inform human capital decisions and priorities.
- Maintain a positive workplace through the effective management and resolution of employee relations issues.
What we are looking for
- Bachelor's degree in business, human resources, organizational management or related field; advanced degree preferred.
- 7+ years progressive HR experience, including HRBP expertise, preferably in a mid-size organization that operates in a complex, highly regulated industry.
- Experience as a HR leader
- Demonstrated proficiency in the areas of business consultation, organizational development and change management.
- Strong business acumen, as well as analytical and critical thinking skills.
- Sound judgment and decision making.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to organize and present information in a clear and concise way.
- Ability to develop personal credibility through communication, achieving results and trusted collaborations.
- HR Certification (PHR, SPHR, SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP) preferred.
- Knowledge of applicable federal, state, and local employment laws, Human Resource metrics and data collection, and familiarity with Human Resource Information Systems.
