Group Health Cooperative of South Central Wisconsin. BETTER TOGETHER 0.70 FTE, 28 hours/week. This position is eligible for a $3,000 INCENTIVE for joining GHC! The Patient Care Technician is a vital member of the care team, supporting high-quality patient care and promoting patients' physical and mental well-being. They perform clinical, technical, and administrative tasks to ensure smooth clinic operations, including pre-visit prep, patient rooming, vital signs, test result follow-up, Epic in-basket support, phone calls, and assisting with exams and procedures. They collaborate closely with RNs and providers in coordinating care and managing team communications.
