A.I.S., Inc. (AIS) is a national scientific services firm supporting maritime activities requiring certification of compliance with environmental regulations as well as collecting data for use by Federal, State, Municipal, and other government agencies along the US coastline. AIS is looking for a full-time temporary administrative assistant to support our client's Facilities Management team where you'll liaise with vendors, visitors, and property management. Primary Function: We're seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented candidate to play a key role in ensuring smooth and efficient office operations and providing vital administrative support to our clients and colleagues. This position is expected to begin in July 2025 for an estimated 5-6 months of work. Candidates will be selected based on their past experience in administrative roles. Duties/Responsibilities:
Compensation: Candidates will be paid an hourly rate to be negotiated. This is a full-time temporary position (weekly hours may vary). Once you complete 30 days of work you will be eligible for the AIS benefits package. AIS benefits package includes health and dental insurance, vacation, sick and holiday benefits.
