About the Role: We are looking for Lead Process Engineers for our New Product Development teams within our Aortic and Peripheral businesses. The Lead Process Engineer will support new product development focusing on design requirements / implementation, process / product validations, and design control. This person will work in a fast paced and dynamic environment where taking initiative and collaborating cross-functionally are critical for success. In this role, you will be responsible for leading a team of engineers and driving key aspects in the development of new products, including the creation of new prototypes and evaluation of fitness for use of materials, designs, processes, and tests while also leading, assisting, or mentoring Associates. These positions will be located at one of our facilities in Flagstaff, Arizona, or Phoenix, Arizona, with the possibility of a hybrid remote work arrangement, depending upon the responsibilities of the role and business needs.
