About the Role: The Senior Manager of Operational Integration will be responsible for leading the development and implementation of standardized operational processes and resources for national activations that will impact restaurants in North America. In this role, this person will be responsible for establishing the process, procedures, and templates for content needed to communicate and ensure restaurant knowledge, toward the objective of successful execution in the restaurant. This role will partner with various leaders/functions to ensure alignment, accuracy and relevance of content, and effectiveness of communications and launch support resources. Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Lead the development and implementation of standardized operational processes and resources for national activations and programs, for USA and/or North America:
- Establish and utilize internal standard operating procedures for strategizing, developing, executing, and supporting all national activations for USA/North America.
- Work with testing teams for awareness and understanding of new programs/products that are currently in test (and elements thereof) that are slated for national activation. Advise from a national perspective (e.g., standardization, scalability, impact on existing programs/ policies/ processes).
- For each national activation, lead collaborative work within Operations team to, using the tested procedures/materials, refine/define standard operating procedures for new programs/products, and integrate into existing policies, procedures, resources.
- Work crossfunctionally with functions (e.g., Marketing) and Operations to inform, facilitate development of, and review all national campaign/program resources (e.g., playbooks, job aids, resources, training courses) needed for execution of initiatives and informing stakeholders (e.g., field operations teams, franchisees, restaurant teams).
- Work crossfunctionally with teams such as Marketing Execution, Operations, Testing and Implementation, Field Operations to inform and/or facilitate national rollouts, and effectively communicate programs and changes to the USA/North America system (e.g., field operations teams, franchisees, restaurant teams)
- Regularly communicate status updates to Operations leadership and key leaders/departments regarding progress, launch readiness, and execution, using identified key success criteria.
- Work cross functionally to identify opportunities to improve/optimize execution for national campaigns, test potential solutions, and develop for use in national launches (e.g., elements used to install POP, different templates/formats of resources, potential new resources).
- Work with SMEs to develop resources and communications to assist field operations teams and franchisees/restaurant teams in communicating/executing new or existing programs
- Occasional travel, as required, approximately 15%.
Qualifications:
- Bachelors Degree in Hospitality, Retail, Food Service or related field.
- 5-8 year of overall experience in the restaurant/field operations launching national full scale knowledge.
- Highly adaptable to differing situations and personalities. Must be able to work independently, and have excellent communication, influencing, networking, and collaborative skills.
- Strong Project Management, Organization, and Strategic Planning skills. Strong presentation skills and professionalism.
- Strong critical thinking and analysis skills to advise on and assess effectiveness and impact of material on restaurants and the business using current knowledge/skills, feedback, data and insights.
- Have current, working knowledge of the foodservice and launching large scale promotions. Have experience working with Restaurant operations systems.
- Highly detail-orientated and hands-on. Always operate with a sense of urgency.
- Experience in QSR and/or fast casual environments, required.
- Must be highly proficient in MS Office.
- Proficiency in Spanish, preferred, not required.
