Job Summary: This is a full time position located in our Production and Order Fulfillment facility in Mooresville, NC. From this location, all global supplier receipts and customer orders are processed. This position is key to assuring customer satisfaction through on time delivery commitments and quality and accuracy of product delivery with focus of improving our customer service processes through LEAN principles. This is a critical role requiring candidate being very proficient with computer systems such as Microsoft Office and various ERP, CRM systems. Exceptional attention to detail is required with effective organizational, communication, time management and interpersonal skills. Responsibilities: The Customer Service Representative will ensure all customer orders are processed in an efficient, accurate and timely manner while managing incoming phone calls for ProSoft Technology. The position will work closely with the technical support team and provide support by entering service tickets in the CRM system. The Customer Service Representative will support all Operations functions as needed to support customer demands. Required Skills and Experience Proficient Microsoft office experience with strong typing skills and computer efficiency. Experience in Sage X3 and SalesForce CRM, 3CX phone system. Excellent verbal and written communication skills, solid foundation of customer care and relations with excellent talent for using strategies to improve our customer experience from first contact point of view. Min 1-3 yrs. experience in customer service role.
