Job Duties/Scope Of Work


Fully qualified journeyman capable of making all types of repairs. Lay out, fabrication, assemble, and install machinery and equipment. Test, diagnose, repair and maintain machinery and equipment. Operate power-driven tools, such as drill presses, hacksaws, and related types of equipment. Work to close tolerances. Direct others.

Basic Qualifications


High School diploma or equivalent. Journeyman Certification.


Desired Qualifications


External Applicants Only:
Proven experience as a Millwright or similar role
Participation in safely planning work, including methodology and safety protocols.
Strong communication and computational skills
Certification as a Millwright based on national standards
Respirator qualified, Rad Worker II


Compensation & Benefits


In accordance with the CPCCo salary determination process, CPCCo takes into consideration the level of assigned job duties and responsibilities, and the candidate's education, training, and/or experience relative to internal peers and the external labor market. CPCCo will not solicit salary history for candidates.

Expected annualized pay range based on full time schedule (40 hours per week):

Starting hourly rate ranges from $49.188 to $51.778, depending on previous experience and education per the Collective Bargaining Agreement. Step increases occur every 6 months until pay reaches top of the scale.

In addition to base pay, employees may be eligible for variable pay awards.
