| Description The Leadership Consultant is responsible for facilitating and maintaining Holt's Values Based Leadership(TM) curriculum. This role is responsible for refining material, promoting, and protecting our Values Based Leadership culture. This is conducted through training classes, introductory coaching, and providing facilitation services when necessary (conflict resolution, focus groups, decision focus, etc.) and providing introductory-level coaching services. The incumbent in this position is expected to model the following practices daily: 1) Demonstrate alignment with the company's mission and core business values; 2) Collaborate with key internal/external resources; 3) Participate in ongoing self-development.  Qualifications and Requirements: 
  
 High school diploma or equivalent required, Bachelor's degree preferredFive years of related experience required, 10 years preferredValid driver's license required
 
 Situational Leadership II Certification preferred 
 Thomas Kilman Conflict Assessment Certification preferred 
 DiSC Personality Profile Certification preferred 
 Ability to consistently demonstrate effective verbal, written, and communication skills 
 Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to establish working relationships with multiple departments and various levels of the organization\ 
 Ability to apply influencing skills in emotionally-charged situations 
 Demonstrated ability to work on multiple projects and deal effectively with employees and management.

 Knowledge of Microsoft Office products; Excel, Outlook, Word, etc.

 Essential Functions: 
  
 Delivers HDSI instructional curriculum in a manner consistent with the company's Vision, Mission, and ValuesUpdates instructional curriculum as instructed by HDSI DirectorPromotes and reinforces tools, lessons, and processes taught in HDSI classes to ensure customer integration of critical VBL competencies
Continually acquires new developmental and instructional skills essential for sustained, productive, and professional soft-skills presentationsDelivers and evaluates onboarding content for new hiresCommunicates learning event details, pre-work assignments, material printing, scheduling, and/or course changes to Client Services Manager
Establishes and maintains positive relationships with students, supervisors, and training suppliers/vendors
 Responds to employee development requests by diagnostic questions, recommending appropriate tools/classes, and/or redirecting to another HDSI representative
Solicits feedback, analyzes information and demonstrates sound decision-making/judgment skillsMaintains confidentiality in alignment with values culture and organizational guidelinesWorks safely at all times and adheres to all applicable safety policies; complies with all company policies, procedures, and standardsRequires regular and punctual employee attendancePerforms other duties as assigned
