Job Title: Customer Service Rep

Location(s): New York, NY

Primary Responsibilities:

2 to 3 months training on the job assignment.

Research account and transaction records in order to resolve issues for registered representatives and shareholders about their mutual fund accounts.

Process telephone requests such as redemptions, exchanges, and maintenance updates when requested by registered representatives and shareholders

Review transactions processed by other associates to ensure they were completed correctly

Provide accurate, thorough, and professional responses to registered representatives and shareholders regarding their mutual fund investments

Qualifications:


  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience required.
