*Description*
Supports employee communications content; participates in the execution of employee communications programs within the organization. * Collaborating with internal stakeholders and advising on the suitability of approaches for communication efforts. * Tracking and analyzing metrics to measure the effectiveness of internal communications. * Assisting in the planning and creation of content for employee communication channels; ensuring that messaging and branding are consistent across all channels. * Developing and distributing communications materials, such as written communications, presentation materials, etc. to deliver key messages. Key Responsibilities -Intake of submitted materials from Communications Business Partners -Partnering on ad-hoc requests such as compliance and safety-related asks: Incl. Talent Management and HR-related newsletter asks. -Curating newsletter content -Creating physical newsletter send via Poppulo -Reviewing newsletter content with leader -Pull distribution lists monthly. "Sought Out" News Materials -Browsing Viva Engage and Cat@work for relevant news updates. -Curating and distributing these materials via Poppulo. *Skills* Writing skills, graphic design, adobe acrobat, microsoft office *Top Skills Details* Writing skills,graphic design,adobe acrobat,microsoft office *Additional Skills & Qualifications* -Excellent communication skills -Attention to detail -Collaboration experience/skills -Self-starter/ someone who has initiative to come up with ideas and strategies. -Team player *Experience Level* Entry Level *Pay and Benefits* The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $20.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
