**Preferably someone with an electric/manufacturing/gas background (IEC, NERC CIP)** ** Flexible pay: 40-60/hour depending on experience** *Description* Our client is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Compliance Analyst to join their team. This hybrid role offers the flexibility of working remotely while also requiring periodic on-site presence at their headquarters. The Compliance Analyst will support the compliance team in ensuring that their operations adhere to regulatory requirements and internal policies, mitigating risks, and promoting a culture of compliance across the organization. *Skills* compliance, security, audit *Additional Skills & Qualifications* - Assist in monitoring and ensuring compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards, including Data Privacy (CCPA), NERC CIP, SOC2, PCI DSS, UL891, and ISO9001. Stay updated on changes in regulatory requirements and assist in advising the organization accordingly. - Support the development, implementation, and maintenance of compliance policies and procedures. Help ensure that policies are communicated effectively and understood by all employees. - Assist in performing internal audits and compliance reviews to ensure adherence to policies and regulations. Help prepare reports and present findings to senior management. - Work closely with various departments, including legal, finance, and operations, to ensure a cohesive approach to compliance. *Experience Level* Intermediate Level *Pay and Benefits* The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $55.00/hr.
