What you will do

Reporting to the Executive Director, Global Parts Growth, the Global Parts Channel Manager is a key role in our organization. This team member will lead the efforts to drive channel growth and executing global standard process for our team to manage and leverage parts throughout the indirect and direct channels. Our team's ability to drive changes relies on close relationships with every function and P&L. Most critical for this role is to partner with Parts Sales Teams, Regional Leaders, Product Management, Solutions, Engineering, Commercial, and Operations teams as well as the rest of our Global Parts organization. Success in this role will increase parts revenue, drive channel accountability, execute performance and increase sales analytics. This position is an individual contributor role with managerial potential based on business needs.

How you will do it

  • Drive and support playbook execution to growth indirect and direct channels
  • Develop and manage distributor dashboards to drive sales visibility and accountability
  • Develop sales programs to drive growth in low and high performing regional markets
  • Drive sales marketing programs to increase market share
  • Develop portfolio segmentation to visualize areas of growth or exit plans
  • Establish forums for cross product-parts-sales collaboration
  • Partner with Global Parts Sales, Regional Leaders, Product Management, and Solutions team members to define tactical moves to drive growth.

What we look for

Required

  • Demonstrated leadership experience in Aftermarket Channel Management in an OEM Global environment. HVAC industry is a plus.
  • 10 years progressive experience within the aftermarket, channel management and marketing
  • Bachelor's degree in business, Engineering, Operations Management, or related field or equivalent experience.
  • Willingness to travel both domestic and internationally (up to 20%) to develop firsthand understanding of sites and the wider organizational challenges. Traveling is subject to approvals and reviews.

Preferred

  • Strong global channel aftermarket management
  • Experience in collaborating with a global matrix organization with several business units and verticals to achieve business objectives
  • Demonstrated ability to influence senior management, teams and individuals across multiple cultures, disciplines, and geographies
  • Strong verbal and written communication and presentation competencies
  • Solid quantitative skill set and the ability to analyze, think and communicate with well-supported data
  • Experience driving organizational transformations and sales enablement
  • English preferred, multilanguage is a Plus
  • Advance Degree, MS and/or MBA
