This leadership role focuses on developing enterprise-level strategies, campaigns, and performance frameworks that support the bank's growth goals while aligning with the PEBO's values. The SVP collaborates across PEBO to ensure a coordinated approach to revenue generation and customer engagement. Leveraging the PEBO sales process, this role plays a key part in shaping how sales success is achieved-through thoughtful planning, cross-functional alignment, and consistent execution-rather than direct sales production. The position serves as a strategic sales leader focused on delivering measurable impact through innovation, insight, and partnership. Job Duties
- Lead the design and implementation of retail sales strategies to support business objectives and drive performance across the retail banking network.
- Develop and oversee enterprise-level campaign frameworks, ensuring consistent execution of initiatives such as Workplace Banking and other "always on" programs.
- Collaborate with senior leadership to align retail strategy with overall bank objectives, customer expectations, and market opportunities.
- Guide the development and integration of tools and resources-such as Salesforce, reporting dashboards, and playbooks-that support data-driven decision making, accountability, and sales effectiveness.
- Provide strategic oversight and partnership to the Marketing team on campaign design, messaging, and delivery across channels (digital, in-branch, and outbound).
- Partner with Business Banking, Commercial, Trust and Investment, Insurance and other lines of business to align cross-functional campaigns and promote referral activity.
- Monitor and assess the effectiveness of sales programs and campaigns, identifying areas for refinement and driving continuous improvement.
- Serve as a strategic advisor and partner to retail leadership, maintaining open communication and coaching to continuously improve initiatives.
- Champion a culture of performance, accountability, and client-centricity throughout the Retail organization.
- Ensure alignment with all applicable regulatory and compliance guidelines in the development and delivery of sales programs.
- Represent Retail Banking in cross-functional initiatives, ensuring integration of sales strategy into enterprise efforts such as digital transformation and customer experience.
- Engage with community and industry forums to stay informed on market trends, best practices, and innovation in retail banking.
- Will perform special projects as assigned.
Education, Experience and Job Skills
- Bachelor's degree in business strongly preferred or equivalent work experience.
- 10 years of financial services experience.
- A minimum of 5 years of leadership or prior financial management experience.
- Must be an energetic self-starter that works well with others but can also work on their own.
- Proficient in business deposit and lending sales process and strategy.
- Ability to read, understand, and direct teams using customer data, analytics, profit and loss statements, balance sheets, and production reports.
- Excellent consumer credit acumen.
- Ability to manage numerous tasks simultaneously and effective.
- Ability to prioritize projects and situations.
- Ability to motivate, develop, and lead teams.
- Excellent time management skills.
- Proven sales management experience with success.
- Energetic, positive, enthusiastic team player.
- Must be willing to make joint and solo calls on customers, prospects and centers of influence.

- Proficient in all Microsoft Office Software and Salesforce for sales tracking and utilizing sales tools.

- Remain current on retail and small business banking industry trends.

- Ability to successfully speak in front of groups of people to deliver clear and concise messages/directions/presentations.
- Valid Driver's License and daily reliable transportation
- Regional travel and possible multiple overnight travel.
Basic Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in business strongly preferred or equivalent work experience.
- 10 years of financial services experience.
- A minimum of 5 years of leadership or prior financial management experience.
