General Summary: The IT Technician I provides technical assistance to end users by responding to support tickets, troubleshooting hardware and software issues, and ensuring prompt resolution of user concerns. This position requires strong troubleshooting skills, knowledge of desktop operating systems and common business applications, along with the ability to research and evaluate third-party offerings. Education and Experience: Bachelor of Science in Information Technology or related degree preferred or at least 1 year of relevant experience. Preferred Certifications:
