Job Summary:
The Technology lead will play a pivotal role in designing and implementing innovative solutions using AWS technologies. With a focus on Amazon DynamoDB Amazon Connect Amazon Lex and AWS Lambda the candidate will ensure robust and scalable architectures. The role requires a minimum of 10 years of experience ideally with exposure to Property & Casualty Insurance domain in a hybrid work model during day shifts.

Roles and responsibilities:

We are seeking a highly skilled Technology Specialist with 10 to 14 years of experience specializing in Amazon Connect. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background and a good understanding of claim registration. Lead the design and implementation of Amazon Connect solutions to meet business requirements. - Oversee the integration of Amazon Connect with other systems and platforms. - Provide technical support and troubleshooting for Amazon Connect-related issues. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless deployment and operation of Amazon Connect. - Develop and maintain documentation for Amazon Connect configurations and processes. - Conduct training sessions for team members on Amazon Connect best practices. - Monitor and optimize the performance of Amazon Connect to ensure high availability and reliability. - Implement security measures to protect sensitive data within Amazon Connect. - Stay updated with the latest developments in Amazon Connect and related technologies. - Participate in the evaluation and selection of new tools and technologies to enhance the Amazon Connect ecosystem. - Provide insights and recommendations for improving customer experience through Amazon Connect. - Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations in all Amazon Connect implementations. - Support the claim registration process by leveraging Amazon Connect capabilities. -Qualifications - Possess a strong technical background with 10 to 14 years of experience in technology roles. - Demonstrate expertise in Amazon Connect including design implementation and support. - Have a good understanding of claim registration processes and related technologies. - Exhibit excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills. - Show proficiency in English with the ability to read write and speak fluently. - Display strong collaboration and communication skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams. - Stay current with industry trends and advancements in Amazon Connect and related technologies. - Have experience in developing and maintaining technical documentation. - Demonstrate the ability to conduct training sessions and share knowledge with team members. - Show a proactive approach to monitoring and optimizing system performance. - Ensure adherence to security best practices and data protection measures. - Provide valuable insights for enhancing customer experience through technology. - Maintain compliance with industry standards and regulations.

Certifications Required

AWS Certified Solutions Architect - Professional

The annual salary for this position is between $112,500 - $132,000 depending on experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
