This is a 12-month, full-time (40 hours/week), hybrid contract role located in Culver City, CA. Summary
The Growth Marketing Operations team plays a critical role in enabling customer communications and automated messaging for a global technology company's media products and services. This team focuses on the development and execution of in-app messaging and notifications that reach millions of users across multiple services.
We are seeking a self-motivated and detail-oriented Growth Marketing Operations Specialist to manage the day-to-day operational workflows for growth marketing initiatives. This role will partner closely with cross-functional teams to develop and launch multi-channel customer communications that drive awareness, engagement, and retention.
As a subject matter expert in customer journey orchestration, the ideal candidate brings both strategic thinking and flawless execution while thriving in a fast-paced, matrixed environment. Our Ideal Candidate
5-7 years of experience in lifecycle marketing, focused on acquisition and engagement initiatives.
Passion for marketing operations and digital communications with a strong foundation in customer journey orchestration and campaign execution.
Proficient in CRM and ESP platforms such as Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Braze, or Oracle Responsys; experience with SQL preferred.
Familiar with customer journey building, A/B testing, and performance optimization methodologies.
Skilled in collaborating with cross-functional teams including marketing, product, engineering, and business teams.
Able to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously in a dynamic, evolving environment.
Flexible and adaptable to shifting priorities, timelines, and stakeholder needs.
Strong written and verbal communication skills with exceptional attention to detail.
Resourceful, proactive, and comfortable problem-solving through ambiguity and roadblocks.
Background in marketing operations, lifecycle marketing, CRM, or digital customer communications.
Experience with CRM tools, customer journey orchestration, and performance optimization preferred.
Job Description
In this role, you will develop, test, and deploy customer journeys that align with product strategies, platform capabilities, and data requirements.
You'll partner with stakeholders across marketing, product, engineering, and business teams to ensure operational plans, deliverables, and risks are effectively communicated and managed for large-scale global initiatives. This includes monitoring campaign performance, identifying and addressing operational issues, and optimizing campaigns through A/B testing to drive growth and improve program efficiency.
You will also identify opportunities to improve campaign performance, processes, operational efficiency, and tooling. Additionally, you will build and maintain a knowledge portal of best practices and playbooks to serve as a reference and training resource for the team's ongoing success. Education:
Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.

Please include your resume for consideration. This opportunity is located in Culver City, CA and requires hybrid on-site work. The pay for this W-2 position ranges from $62.00 - $67 per hour. This position may be eligible for PTO, health and dental insurance, and/or 401(k) benefits upon meeting certain length of service and hours requirements.
