Salary Range: **$180,000 to $200,000 per year

** Starting salary is based on minimum education and years of experience and increases based on education and/or experience.

Overview: Are you a seasoned Systems Engineer with a passion for Model-Based Systems Engineering (MBSE) and architecture development? We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Senior Systems Engineer to join our team and provide the Government with data-driven systems engineering, process engineering, and technical analysis support. In this role, you will be instrumental in helping the Government navigate through evolving challenges and chart the way forward.

Security Clearance Requirements:

This position requires all candidates to be U.S. Citizens and possess an active TS/SCI Security Clearance with a Polygraph.



Responsibilities

    Data-Driven Systems Engineering: Utilize your expertise in MBSE to develop and implement robust systems engineering solutions that drive efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Process Engineering: Analyze and optimize engineering processes to ensure seamless integration and operation within the Government's framework.
  • Technical Analysis Support: Conduct thorough technical analyses to support decision-making and strategic planning.


Qualifications

  • High School Diploma or GED plus twenty-four (24) years of general systems engineering experience, OR
  • Bachelor's degree in a technical discipline from an accredited college or university AND a minimum of twenty (20) years of general systems engineering experience, OR
  • Master's degree in a technical discipline from an accredited college or university AND a minimum of eighteen (18) years of general systems engineering experience.
