As Operation Specialist, you'll be part of a larger Operations Team that supports the Product Manager. All requests that come in or out of the PMO will go through this position.

What you'll do:



  • You will be responsible for managing daily/weekly administrative processes.
  • You will be responsible for managing the onboarding and off-boarding all personnel.
  • You will manage tasks that are sent from high HQ.


What you'll need to succeed:



  • Active DoD Security Clearance (Secret or above).
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or related field.
  • 6-8 Years of relevant experience
  • Proven experience supporting Project Management Offices (PMOs) or Program Offices in daily operations and execution.
  • Ability to manage multiple concurrent projects and high-level taskings from senior leadership or higher headquarters.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Project.
  • Skilled in preparing data-driven reports, dashboards, and briefings for senior Army leadership.
  • Demonstrated capability in analyzing processes, procedures, and systems to recommend operational improvements.
  • Proficient in developing and maintaining documentation such as operating procedures, process manuals, and organizational charts.
  • Strong organizational skills in managing shared drives, file systems, and collaborative environments.
  • Skilled in coordinating staff actions across departments to ensure alignment and unity of effort.
  • Familiarity with tracking training and certifications per Army or DoD regulatory guidance.
