Job Details: An AI Specialist in the Global Public Sector is responsible for designing, developing, and demonstrating artificial intelligence solutions leveraging Salesforce and the AI ecosystem that enhance government services and operations for entities across the globe. This role involves analyzing customer requirements, datasets and evaluating the use of predictive models, GenerativeAI and machine learning algorithms to support data-driven decision-making across departments such as healthcare, transportation, public safety, and social services. The specialist ensures ethical use of AI, adheres to privacy and compliance standards, and collaborates with cross-functional teams to modernize legacy systems and business processes. The resource also provides technical expertise and guidance to policymakers, helping to shape AI strategies that promote efficiency, transparency, and equitable outcomes for the public. We are looking for motivated technologists to join our extremely talented Global Public Sector Specialist team, which is instrumental to Salesforce's growth to the next level. As an AI Specialist, you will work with our most strategic prospects and customers in a trusted advisor capacity. You will demonstrate and validate how our platform can bring together their digital investments into an application network, which will enable faster change and innovation. The Public Sector sales team will rely on your deep technical expertise and product knowledge throughout the sales cycle.
