Starting in September 2025 at our Haverhill site, as our Global Engineering Graduate, you'll have the power to participate in a 2-year structured rotational programme engaging in real-world engineering technology projects, collaborating closely with experienced professionals and cross-functional teams, you will be at the forefront of technological advancements, contribute to the development of cutting-edge solutions, and drive innovation within the company and much more.

You can't thrive without being:




  • A recent graduate with a bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as Engineering, Electrical/Electronic Engineering, Materials Science, Semi-Conductor Engineering, or similar
  • Globally mobile as you will take part in a 6-month international placement.
  • Fluent in spoken and written English.
  • Authorized to work for any employer in the US. We are unable to sponsor or take over sponsorship of an employment visa. Individuals on OPT are not eligible to participate in this programme.

What to expect next

The next stage of the application process are online tests and video interviews. We will send you an email within a few weeks of your applying to let you know if your application is being progressed. Should you be successful, we will be running the assessment centers in July 2025.
