The Position
We advance science so that we all have more time with the people we love. The Translational Medicine department at Genentech provides translational research to inform clinical development in disease areas of Ophthalmology, Metabolism, Neuroscience, Immunology and Infectious Diseases (TM-OMNI). Our research encompasses cutting edge support of clinical biomarker discovery and development, development of personalized healthcare strategies, and clinical translational research to study the molecular and cellular pathways driving disease to generate novel target and biomarker approaches. We are seeking a highly motivated Principal or Senior Principal Lab Group Head to join TM-OMNI and drive our translational research efforts in Multiple Sclerosis (MS), with a focus on:

Who You Are:
Relocation benefits are available for this posting. The expected salary range for this position based on the primary location of California is $141,500-$262,900 (Principal Scientist) and $176,600-$328,000 (Senior Principal Scientist) . Actual pay will be determined based on experience, qualifications, geographic location, and other job-related factors permitted by law. A discretionary annual bonus may be available based on individual and Company performance. This position also qualifies for the benefits detailed at the link provided below.
