Responsibilities:
Picture yourself building relationships, participating in grip game challenges and forklift racing, and leaving work knowing you inspired someone to think beyond 'normal aging,' and instead age magnificently. It's what our Resident Service Specialists do. And when they leave work, they look forward to coming back - just ask them!

Are you compassionate towards others? Are you passionate about enriching the lives of others? If so, we want you to join our team and help seniors Age Magnificently! Our Resident Service Specialists become family and impact the lives of our residents who live in a Lifespark Senior Living Community. Our Resident Service Specialist is the first person Lifespark residents, families, and external providers engage with when they call, submit a web inquiry, or send a fax. Upon phone contact, you will gather a whole-picture story of the resident to best determine which assisted living services are most appropriate for their unique needs. Establishing long-term and trusting relationships with residents and external providers is paramount. Demonstrating deep knowledge of all Lifespark services lines is required to ensure the resident receives the right services as quickly as possible. Processing these inquiries and converting them accordingly requires the following: working across departments to ensure resident payment can be accepted, gathering necessary medical paperwork, following up with physicians, hospitals, TCU's, and ensuring the caregiving/nursing teams have enough information to successfully serve the resident in the Assisted Living setting.
