POSITION SUMMARY

The Senior Marketing Coordinator is accountable for providing marketing support for the various Alberici business units.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following; however, other duties may be assigned.   • Independently manages the completion of pursuits; including prequalification questionnaires, proposals and client presentations.


  • Manages the completion of pursuits including prequalification questionnaires, proposals, client presentations and associated collateral materials.


  • Assists in the design of proposals and other marketing collateral using Adobe Creative Suite.
  • Maintains historical project and personnel data in the Client Relationship Management (CRM) database.
  • Provides content development for external and internal corporate communications.
  • Manages submissions of award applications and surveys.
  • Assists in press release and advertising development, approval and distribution.
  • Assists in the maintenance of electronic collaborations sites for use by internal and external clients.
  • Assists in strategy development for advertising, social media and other recuitment materials.
  • Conducts independent research efforts related to construction industry related market conditions.
  • Assists in training of new members of the marketing department.
  • Assists with organizing and/or administering trade show preparations.
  • Assists with maintaining stock of various proposal materials.
  • Assists with various "continuous improvement" initiatives of the marketing department.


  • Travels to Company and subsidiary offices; offsite client, subcontractor, and supplier meetings; and other locations across North America to fulfill the essential duties of the role as required.
  • Exhibits regular and reliable attendance in person as required by the Supervisor, Company guidelines, and/or project and office obligations.



Additional Duties and Responsibilities



  • Models and reinforces safety as a top priority of the organization. Always wears a hard helmet and other appropriate personal protective equipment in the field.
  • Ensures client satisfaction, both internally and externally, through positive, pleasant, professional and efficient handling of issues.
  • Exercises good interpersonal skills by gladly assisting others to accomplish work of the organization, even if it is outside the scope of regular duties.
  • Meets schedules and deadlines, adheres to policies and procedures and maintains a good attendance/tardiness record.
  • Performs other duties as assigned by the Supervisor.



Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities



  • Effectively presents information to executive management and other groups.
  • Organizes and manages time, duties and activities efficiently.
  • Familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite (intermediate skills with InDesign, basic skills with Photoshop and Illustrator) preferred.
  • Must possess above-average communication skills-both verbal and written.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines while maintaining level of quality service.
  • Utilizes Microsoft Office-based applications and project management software systems appropriate for this role.



Education and Experience

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing or related field and 3-8 years of related experience and/or training, or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Certificates, Licenses, Registrations

Certified Professional Services Marketer (CPSM) from Society for Marketing Professional Services (or equivalent) preferred.
