Job Title: Supply Chain Product Owner (Data & Analytics Focus)

Job Summary:

The Supply Chain Product Owner (Data & Analytics Focus) is responsible for driving data-driven decision-making and optimizing supply chain processes through expertise in Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS) HighJump and Infor SCM systems. This role serves as a strategic advisor to business collaborators demonstrating data analytics to develop key performance indicators (KPIs) provide actionable insights and enhance supply chain performance.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into technical specifications for supply chain solutions.
  • Develop and implement data visualization solutions using Tableau and Power BI to provide actionable insights for supply chain optimization.
  • Analyze supply chain data to identify trends patterns and anomalies and provide recommendations for process improvements.
  • Ensure data accuracy and integrity by crafting and maintaining robust data models and dashboards.
  • Provide technical expertise and mentorship to team members on standard processes for data visualization and reporting.
  • Work closely with supply chain teams to understand consumer goods industry trends and incorporate them into strategic planning.
  • Conduct regular assessments of supply chain processes to identify areas for improvement and efficiency gains.
  • Facilitate workshops and training sessions to improve the data literacy of team members and collaborators.
  • Supervise and evaluate the performance of implemented solutions making adjustments as vital to meet business objectives.
  • Collaborate with IT teams to ensure flawless integration of data visualization tools with existing systems.
  • Support the development of supply chain strategies that align with the companys overall business goals and objectives.
  • Communicate optimally with partners to present findings and recommendations in a clear and concise manner.
  • Stay updated with the latest trends and advancements in data visualization and supply chain management technologies.
Qualifications:
  • Possess a strong background in Supply Chain Management and Consumer Goods with a focus on data-driven decision-making.
  • Show skill in Tableau and Power BI for crafting impactful data visualizations.
  • Exhibit excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret sophisticated data sets and derive meaningful insights.
  • Have a consistent record of efficiently implementing supply chain solutions that drive efficiency and cost savings.
  • Show strong interpersonal skills to effectively convey technical concepts to non-technical partners.
  • Be adept at working in a hybrid work model balancing remote and in-office responsibilities.
  • Display a proactive approach to problem-solving and a dedication to continuous improvement.
Salary and Other Compensation:

The annual salary for this position is between $81,800 - $180,000 depending on experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.

This position is also eligible for Cognizant's discretionary annual incentive program, based on performance and subject to the terms of Cognizant's applicable plans.
