We are seeking a highly creative and motivated Marketing Analyst to join our Creative Excellence team. This role offers an exciting opportunity to kickstart your B2B marketing career under the guidance of an experienced mentor. You will support marketing communications for a B2B audience, contributing to various initiatives and gaining valuable hands-on experience.

What you can expect to be doing:



  • Content Creation and Asset Development: Develop engaging and informative content for various platforms, including social media, sales materials, website, and email campaigns. This includes blog posts, articles, infographics, videos, presentations, and other marketing collateral.
  • Social Media Management: Support the planning, execution, and optimization of social media strategies across relevant platforms. Create engaging social media posts, monitor performance, and stay up-to-date on current social media trends.
  • Sales and Marketing Material Support: Create and update sales materials such as presentations, case studies, product sheets, and proposals, ensuring they are aligned with brand guidelines and target audience needs.
  • Event Management Support: Assist with the planning and execution of B2B marketing events, including conferences, webinars, and workshops. This includes managing event logistics, coordinating with vendors, and supporting on-site activities.
  • Strategic Planning Support: Contribute to the development and implementation of marketing strategies, conducting market research, analyzing data, and identifying market trends and opportunities.
  • Business Development Support: Assist the Business Development Lead with lead identification and direct email campaigns. Conduct desk research, analyze competitor activities, and identify potential leads.


This might be the job for you if you have:



  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
  • Demonstrated experience in content creation, either personally (e.g., blog, portfolio) or professionally.
  • Strong interest in B2B marketing and a desire to learn and grow in this field.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Design skills and familiarity with graphic design tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, video editing software)
  • Experience with managing event logistics is a plus.
  • Highly creative and innovative, with a passion for generating new ideas.
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills.
  • Proactive and results-oriented.

In accordance with NY/CO/CA/WA law, the estimated base salary for this role is $59,000-$65,000. Your final base salary will be determined based on several non-discriminatory factors which may include but are not limited to location, work experience, skills, knowledge, education and/or certifications.
