Genesis10 is currently seeking a Business Analyst - Senior (Non-Tech) for a 6 month contract with our client in Minneapolis, MN. Hybrid in office 3 days a week.
Summary: We are seeking a Sr. Business Analyst for Reporting and Analytics role within the RiverSource PMO. The role will be primarily focused on working on tools such as Power BI, Power Automate and Power Platform. Role will require understanding the data, providing ad-hoc analysis, creating new reporting, and sharing knowledge for report development and maintenance with the team. Responsibilities: * Gather requirements with the ability to assess data from multiple tools and develop reporting capabilities with easy access and use for the business. (tool examples: JIRA, OnePlan, etc) * Through analysis, present options to the business on approach to view requested data. (Power BI, Power Platform, etc) * Determine the appropriate design for variance audiences for presenting data * Process multiple reports within defined TAT and perform quality checks to ensure high accuracy * Maintain existing templates/scripts/databases & incorporate changes whenever required * Deliver efficiencies through identifying, developing and implementation automation capabilities/functionalities. * Create and maintain standard documentation of all processes/reports * Transform complex data sets into elegant end-user interface and reporting * Perform and deliver on ad-hoc business requests related to business processes and automation * Coordinate across multiple teams to ensure accurate data gathering, delivery of key information and execution of analysis and automation completed Qualifications: Strong knowledge of Power platform - BI, Automate and Apps. Knowledge of Robotic Process Automation (RPA), Excel, SQL will be an added advantage The ideal candidate for this position must possess: The ability to demonstrate self-sufficiency with accessing, processing and interpreting information. The ability to lead, influence, communicate and interact with people of all levels across the organization and external partners as required. Strong analytical, quantitative and problem-solving skills. Compensation: Hourly W2 pay rate $55.00-62.00/Hr.
