Your Job

Position involves following the work instructions for Hand Assembly or Hand Packaging processes. Maintaining high levels of safety, quality and workplace organization as it applies to this position.

What You Will Do

Operate assigned machine so that work is performed effectively and to Molex's quality and performance standards.

Troubleshoot and repair simple/common machine and sensor problems without the help of a mechanic.

Perform basic quality functions using quality tools such as calipers, gauges, piece count scales

Accurately complete all material transactions to efficiently capture finished goods and scrap

Assist in daily, weekly and monthly houekeeping duties

Monitor quality of parts produced by performing visual inspections to identify visual defects in finished goods

Package and label the finished parts into the proper shipping containers.

Actively support 5S, EHS, Quality, and GLSS programs by following all approved practices and procedures, performing clean-up activities, and identify/recommend improvements to Management.

Who You Are (Basic Qualifications)

* Able to use the necessary quality tools as it relates to this position and operate safely in a high-pressure environment.

* Able to work regularly scheduled hours with overtime as needed.

* Able to effectively communicate verbally and in writing

* Strong eye-sight & eye-hand coordination

* 1+ years of experience working in a manufacturing environment.
