RESPONSIBILITIES - Lead a team of friendly and energetic front desk associates, ensuring smooth operations and exceptional guest experiences. - Be the face of our hotel, greeting guests with a warm smile and making them feel right at home from check-in to check-out. - Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints with grace and efficiency, always going above and beyond to exceed expectations. - Coordinate and manage reservations, ensuring accuracy and timeliness. - Monitor and maintain the cleanliness and organization of the front desk area, keeping it in tip-top shape. REQUIRED SKILLS AND ABILITIES - A natural-born leader who loves to motivate and inspire others. - Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written. - Quick on your feet, with the ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively. - A problem-solving pro who thrives in a fast-paced environment. - Prior experience in a hotel front desk role is preferred, but not required - we're willing to train the right person! You should be adaptable to change in your work area and in hotel procedures with a willingness to learn new skills and/or improve existing ones, have the ability to solve routine problems that occur on the job and ask for help whenever you are not sure how to do something. Safety & Security: The safety and security of our guests and associates is of utmost importance to Crescent. Every Crescent associate should adhere to the hotel security policies and procedures, particularly regarding key controls, lifting heavy objects, using chemicals, and effectively reporting safety hazards and safety concerns.
