Kennedy Jenks is seeking a strategic, relationship-driven Client Service Director to help grow and strengthen our national water and wastewater practice across both public and private sector clients. This is an opportunity to step into a well-established, high-performing practice with strong client relationships, an active project portfolio, and a national platform. We're looking for someone who can build on that momentum by expanding client partnerships, developing teams, and driving sustained, meaningful growth. You'll play a key role in delivering infrastructure solutions that support the long-term health of our communities. What You'll Do As a Client Service Director, you'll operate at the intersection of client leadership, business development, and project delivery. You'll help shape growth strategy while ensuring we continue to deliver high-quality, impactful work.

Kennedy Jenks supports a healthy work-life balance and utilizes a hybrid model of home and office work, with a minimum of two days per week in the office. This approach empowers our people to thrive, collaborate, and achieve their full potential. Salary range for this position is anticipated to be $180,000 to $270,000, and may vary based upon education, experience, qualifications, licensure/certifications, and geographic location. This position is eligible for performance and incentive compensation.
