Job Summary This is an onsite position working at our lab in Mt. Juliet, TN. As a Recruiter at Pace, you will serve as a member of the Human Resources team, driving strategic initiatives in sourcing, employer branding, and process optimization. This role requires a deep understanding of the talent landscape and the ability to influence and partner with senior leadership to attract and retain top talent. You will be responsible for developing and implementing talent acquisition strategies and methodologies aligned with Pace's strategic priorities. It will be important to partner closely with internal teams and external vendors to drive a seamless, end-to-end hiring process that enhances our brand and delivers a standout candidate experience, fostering a positive perception of Pace among prospective talent.
