Your Key Responsibilities:Customer Account Manager Contact for assigned customer(s) and category(ies) to drive growth, Nestle share, achieve annual sales and commercial spend targets. This role is deeply involved in development customer-specific Category Business Plans (with a category first approach) to achieve the 4P objectives. Build and maintain collaboration with Category and Channel Sales Development (CCSD) to develop selling solutions demonstrating category and shopper insights that drive category results and share. Partner with Sales Finance to identify investment opportunities that drive consistent Return on Investment while effectively being responsible for the assigned Trade Budget. Category Strategy:
Customer Strategy: Forecast accuracy, sales performance targets, meeting sales goals, segmentation / resource allocation, improving customer service
Key Experiences:
The approximate pay range for this position is$130K - $150K base plus annual bonus.Please note that the pay range provided is a good faith estimate for the position at the time of posting. Final compensation may vary based on factors including but not limited to background, knowledge, skills, and abilities as well as geographic location of the position.
