 Position Overview: The Investor Relations Analyst will support Senior Director of Investor Relations. This role is responsible for developing and delivering key financial insights, ensuring accurate communication of the company's performance to external investors, and providing in-depth financial analysis to support strategic decision-making within the organization. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, excellent attention to detail, and the ability to synthesize and present complex financial data clearly and effectively to both internal and external stakeholders. Key Responsibilities: Investor Relations: 
      
 Support the preparation and execution of investor communications, including quarterly earnings reports, investor presentations, and press releasesAssist in developing key financial metrics and performance summaries for investor meetingsConduct competitive and industry analysis to support investor relations messagingCollaborate with senior management to create consistent and clear financial messaging for earnings calls and investor conferencesMonitor analyst reports, market trends, and investor feedback to identify potential risks and opportunitiesManage and update the IR section of the corporate website and ensure timely and accurate information is availableAssist with long-term financial planning, including the development of financial forecast modelsBuild multi-year financial models (income statement, balance sheet and cash flow statements) including scenario analysis to support strategic initiatives and business decisionsPrepare discounted cashflows, NPV, IRR and other valuation/payback analysisAnalyze financial performance metrics, identifying trends, variances, and key drivers to improve profitability and efficiencySupport quarter-end close processes and provide financial reporting and analysis to leadershipCollaborate with cross-functional teams to gather financial data and insights for performance tracking and reporting
 Requirements  Qualifications: 
      
 Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field5+ years (or more)of experience in Investor Relations, FP&A, or a related financial analysis roleStrong understanding of financial statements and corporate finance principlesProficiency in financial modeling, budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysisExcellent Excel and PowerPoint skills; experience with financial planning software (e.g., Planful, Power BI) is a plusAbility to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present complex financial information clearly
 Preferred Skills: 
      
 Experience working in a public company or a background in capital markets (sell side or buy side)Familiarity with SEC filings, earnings release processes, and investor communication best practicesCFA designation (or progress towards it) is a plus
 Skills and Competencies 
      
 Great analytical skills combined with excellent communication and interpersonal skillsExpert abilities in Excel including pivot tables, filtering, and other advanced functionsExcellent proficiency in other MS applications particularly PowerPoint and Word Desired: Experience with data management and business intelligence software, and SQL languageAbility to learn, utilize, and teach others reporting tools
