LRSO Supply Chain Professional

Torch Technologies is seeking a supply chain professional to join a team advising and assisting with systems security engineering to include design and application of supply chain risk management, IA, anti-tamper, and platform IA. Employ supply chain, program dashboards and other state of the art data analysis to ensure necessary level of asset visibility. Assist with the identification, assessment, and mitigation of risks associated with the distribution and interconnected nature of today's supply chains. Utilize a systematic process for managing exposure to cybersecurity risks throughout the supply chain and developing appropriate response strategies, policies, processes, and procedures. Provide other system security studies, analyses, and reports as required.

The U.S. Air Force is developing a new Long-Range Stand-Off (LRSO) nuclear missile. In May 2021, the Air Force awarded an Engineering and Manufacturing Design (EMD) contract to Raytheon Missiles and Defense, Tucson, Arizona. The Air Force Nuclear Weapons Center (AFNWC) Nuclear Weapons Acquisition Division (AFNWC/NDB), which is resident at Eglin AFB, Florida, is the System Program Office (SPO) responsible for the acquisition.

This position requires a highly motivated individual with cyber security experience to perform the below duties:

  Provides detection, identification, and reporting of possible cyber attacks/intrusions, anomalous activities, and misuse activities regarding supply chain.

  Focuses on identifying, assessing, and mitigating risks within a supply chain to ensure business continuity and resilience.

  Executes analysis of supply chain traffic to identify anomalous activity and potential threats.

  Performs adversarial supply chain risk management and/or hardware assurance duties.

  
  
• 
  

  Makes recommendations to enhance supply chain defense configurations.

  Risk identification and mitigation.

  
  

Must have Bachelor's degree in cyber security or equivalent experience. 8 years of relevant work experience may be substituted in lieu of degree.

Must have at least 7 or more years applicable progressively complex supply chain risk management experience.

Must be a U.S. Citizen

Must have an active SECRET DoD security clearance.Must be eligible for a Top Secret clearance.

Must be familiar with DoD Acquisition processes or project management professional principles.

Additional Notes

This position requires candidates to possess a current SECRET security clearance in order to access classified information. Inability to maintain a SECRET security clearance will result in a candidate being ineligible for this position. This requirement is a condition of employment and must be maintained throughout tenure.
